Job Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. This position requires excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail, as you will be responsible for tracking inventory, updating reports, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Manage Inventory Records: Track incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Excel Reporting Data Entry: Maintain and update spreadsheets with sales, stock levels, and financial data.
Coordinate with Shipping Sales Teams: Ensure inventory is properly allocated for upcoming live breaks.
Assist in Order Processing: Confirm product availability and ensure accurate fulfillment.
Administrative Support: Handle emails, scheduling, and general office organization.
Monitor Restock Supplies: Ensure essential office and shipping supplies are available.
Quality Control: Assist in reconciling discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock.
Assist with Financial Tracking: Work closely with the finance team to ensure expense tracking and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data sorting, and reporting)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Prior experience in inventory management, data entry, or administrative roles preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles is a plus but not required
