Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide back-office support to our team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include performing basic admin duties, such as printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, as well as previous experience as an Office Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing market research.
• Gathering and processing research data.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Assisting with inventory control.
• Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
