Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4 $82,1+3.00 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + Superannuation

Your role:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Administration Officer to work within our CSI corporate Office at Francis Greenway Correctional Complex, or the option to work remotely at the Manger’s discretion.

What you’ll do:

Support the delivery of the Demountable Demolition Program through records management, correspondence, and coordination of administrative tasks.
Manage purchasing processes and routine financial transactions in line with agency standards.
Coordinate demolition logistics, including asbestos clearance, transport, and module tracking.
Liaise with external stakeholders to process Notices of Disposal and ensure compliance with project timelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, invoice packages, and supplier payments for audit and reporting purposes.
Provide a central point of contact for enquiries related to the program and escalate issues as required

Qualifications Required:

Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.
Qualification in Business management
Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.
Advanced Excel
Monday.com Experience
Pronto Experience
