Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, A leading Group of Companies in Capital Management and Advisory Services catering to Asian African Markets, Looking for Admin Executive Job Description: 1. Security/ Janitorial, Pest control Maintenance: Day to day monitoring to ensure the services are carried out to the best of the satisfaction and as per defined SLA. 2. Procurement of required stationery, printing, consumables, food beverages other office required supplies on a planned method. 3. Upkeep and maintenance of facility including but not limited Cafeteria, pantry, Gym, Mail room, stores etc. 4. Ensure seamless conduct of VIP, Client visits. 5. End to end logistics support: including conveyance, employee engagement activities/events, issue of access control/ID cards. 6. Upkeep of contracts, feed-back on various areas, MIS reports. 7. Operating petty cash 8. Clearing vendor bills on time. +. Coordinating with electro-mechanical vendors and ensure high service level is maintained. 10. Coordinating with other centers to align the procedure, processes and support Quality related tasks. 11. A keen eye on health, safety and security 12. Budget tracking, cost saving initiative, scrutiny bills passing, statutory regulatory compliance. 13. In absence of front office Reception, Associate has to take care of the assigned roles of of front office Reception time to time. Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) * Communication and Interpersonal Skills. * Energetic, result oriented and people focused. * Intra departmental and team collaboration. * Timely Execution presentation skills. * High Customer Orientation. * Quality in every aspect of execution.
