• Who is proactive, detail-oriented and possesses good organizational and communication skills
• Responsible for overall process coordination between different departments.
• Can perform all admin related tasks such as managing vendors, stationery, and other office related admin activities - Vendor Management, Travel Bookings, Stationery Management, Cab Facility, Event management
• Manage hardware, supplies, courier, bill payment, invoice payment, receipts, online purchase record.
• Should maintain all office books, do billing, maintain office finance, Maintain office Inventory etc.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Be responsible for checking the offices assets are in good condition.
• Have the ability to multitask, be available and flexible and prioritize daily workload
• Should have good communication and written skills (in English).
• Must have hands on experience on excel and advanced excel (VLOOKUP Data Validation, Pivot tables and charts)
Education: Graduation in any stream
