The Administration Apprentice Role

As an Administration Apprentice, you will support your local branch and surveyors to help them achieve their sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
• Daily reporting and updating of dashboards
• Daily attendance
• Responding to enquiries including sales leads, tenders, surveys, invoicing and general queries
• Monitoring area inboxes and actioning as required
• Providing and updating relevant documentation relating to sales and post-sales
• Job packs and upload to tech calendars
• Conducting pre contract courtesy and Follow up calls
• Distributing site inspection and PPE checklists
• Any other ad hoc administration duties as required

What does an apprenticeship look like with Peter Cox?

0-12 months:

In your first year, you'll work with a mentor to learn the skills needed to excel in your role. You'll join our government accredited apprenticeship scheme to develop essential skills, and after completing the apprenticeship, you will be able to explore promotional opportunities with us.

Requirements:
• Interest in working within an administration or customer service capacity
• Demonstrate a good level of communication skills
• IT literate with the ability to use the NAV and Google Apps is an advantage
• Ability to manage your time effectively
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
