Admin and Operations Executive
£35,000
Permanent
Office based

Our client is a fast growing healthcare company who is looking to find someone to join their small UK team as an Admin and Operations Executive.

What you'll do:

This is a really hands on role for someone who is happy to role up their sleeves! As the go to employee within the office you will be responsibility for a wide variety of duties. The role will require handling of packages, so will need someone who is comfortable lifting and carrying small boxes. You'll also be the first point of contact for customers, so we're looking for someone is confident on the phone and communicating with people.
• Responsibilities include:
• Order handling processing
• Acting as the first point of contact for a large client base both over the phone and on emails
• Bookkeeping and invoicing
• Booking couriers
• Overseeing the stockroom, doing regular checks and allocating stock and stock tracking
• Management of mailboxes
• Monthly reporting
• Updating the CRM system as needed
Who you are:

We are ideally looking for someone who has had experience within administration and basic bookkeeping. You'll need to be a real self starter and someone who is happy to work independently as it's a very small office
• At least 2 years experience within an administrative environment
• A strong communicator over both phone and email
• A quick learner
• Self motivated and time efficient
• Reliable and trustworthy
