Job Description
General Administration and Facility Management
• Facility upkeep- housekeeping mgmt., Security, day to day maintenance, Coordination with building manager, external vendor etc.
• End to End support for Event management
• Maintenance of various systems such as HVAC, CCTV, Access control etc
• Responsible for ensuring Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all Services, Equipments are in place and ensure timely support is received during any breakdown of equipment’s.
• Develop and maintain standards to manage relationships with facility related vendors
• Asset inventory management
Procurement
• Floating tenders for all the requirement as per policy.
• Evaluation of vendors, vendor meetings pre-bid and post-bid for requirements.
• Participate in the vendor sourcing process; negotiate vendor contracts, vendor evaluation and finalization.
• Maintain and appropriate a consistent level of vendor management.
Transport Management
• Responsible for monitoring day to day employee transport services.
• Coordination with Transport vendors
• Ensure routing of cabs as per the employee’s schedule and location.
• Optimize the routes and increase vehicle utilization.
• SPOC for operations and business for any routing/rostering related queries/escalations.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in handing Administration activities
• Ready to work from office
• Extend the working as per business requirement
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel Power Point)
• Good communication analytical skills
