Job Description
We offer our clients a complete suite of financial services Equity Trading, F&O, Commodities, Currency, Mutual Funds, and Demat Account services all from a single regulated platform. As we continue to grow our operations and team, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Executive to manage our Jaipur office administration.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Admin Executive / Senior Admin Executive will be responsible for day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and general operational support at our Jaipur office. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role you will be the person who keeps the office running smoothly and ensures that administrative processes are organised, timely, and compliant.
No prior stock market or broking experience is required complete orientation on our processes, systems, and regulatory environment will be provided on joining.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Onboarding & Account Management
Handle end-to-end account opening KYC, verification, activation & exchange registration
Maintain accurate, compliant client records throughout the onboarding lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution and account activation
Provide post-onboarding support for a smooth client experience
2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Drive client acquisition via structured outbound and cold calling campaigns
Engage prospects on phone, email & WhatsApp pitch services and build interest
Guide prospects from first contact to account activation
Maintain lead pipeline with call logs, follow-ups & conversion reports
3. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Primary point of contact for existing clients across phone, email & WhatsApp
Handle queries, service requests & escalations with focus on prompt resolution
Send proactive updates, reminders & follow-ups for account servicing
Build long-term client relationships through consistent, courteous engagement
4. MIS, Reporting & Documentation
Maintain MIS, activity trackers & operational dashboards
Ensure systematic record-keeping for client interactions & processes
Prepare timely, accurate management reports
Keep documentation organised, accessible & compliant
Candidate Profile
Must Have
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
1-2 years of experience in operations, client servicing, sales coordination, or a similar role
Comfortable with outbound and cold calling confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office suite
Communication in Hindi; functional English for email and professional correspondence
Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
Based in Jaipur or willing to work full-time from our Jaipur office
Good to Have
Any experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role
Basic awareness of KYC, account opening, or financial processes
Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business platforms (WATI or similar), or lead management systems
NISM certification added advantage, not mandatory
