About Us
AB Residential LLC is a fast-moving real estate investment company focused on foreclosure acquisitions and wholesale deals across North Carolina. We identify distressed properties, negotiate directly with homeowners, and move quickly to close. We're growing and looking for a driven, people-first Acquisition Manager to be our boots on the ground.
The Role
You'll be the face of AB Residential in the field — visiting properties, meeting with homeowners, building rapport, and working to get deals under contract. This is not a desk job. You'll be driving to properties across our target counties, walking properties, and sitting at kitchen tables closing deals.
What You'll Do
Visit properties identified by our research team across target NC counties
Meet with homeowners facing foreclosure or looking to sell off-market
Assess property condition and gather information for valuation
Present cash offers and negotiate purchase agreements
Keep CRM records updated with visit notes, status, and follow-up actions
Communicate daily with the acquisitions team on deal pipeline
Follow up with leads until closed, dead, or reassigned
What We're Looking For
Strong people skills — you can build trust fast and handle difficult conversations with empathy
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (mileage reimbursed)
Prior real estate, sales, or door-knocking experience is a plus — but not required
Familiarity with NC foreclosure or distressed property market is a bonus
Comfortable using CRM tools to log activity and track deals
Honest, accountable, and hungry to earn
Compensation
Competitive hourly base pay
Performance bonuses paid per deal closed
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greensboro, NC 27408
