JOB SUMMARY :
- The Accounts Executive manages daily financial operations, prepares reports, reconciles statements, and ensures accurate record-keeping. The role requires strong attention to detail and effective coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain client accounts daily.
- GRN Entries
- MIS reporting
- Reconcile bank and loan statements.
- Record loan installment, interest, bank charges, and cheque return charges.
- Prepare weekly outstanding and sales reports.
- Generate monthly executive-wise and party-wise sales and collection summaries.
- Calculate party-wise late payment interest and 180-day outstanding reports as needed.
- Prepare credit note reports and ensure system entries.
- Perform periodic ORC checks.
- Follow up with the Collections Department regarding the cheque deposit to ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of the outstanding receivable
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
