Duties

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
Lead negotiations to close deals that align with company goals while providing value to clients
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions effectively
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering leadership within the department
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management roles
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and close complex deals
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics for informed decision-making
Background in marketing or related fields is advantageous
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
