COMPANY: Manufacturer and Supplier
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Roles Responsibility:
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties
• Assist with account payable receivable
• Prepare monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
• Create and update expenses report
• Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers
• Inventory control
• Perform yearly stock take
• Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters
• Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation
• General administrative duties
• Provide general support to the Management Finance Department
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time
Experience: Min 3 yrs
Education: Graduate
