Are you a detail-driven finance administrator ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Coles’ property portfolio? Join our high-performing Coles Group Property Development (CGPD) team and help bring our national freehold projects to life.
As Accounts Co-ordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our financial and commercial administration for CGPD freehold developments. You’ll lead end-to-end accounts processes and ensure accurate, consistent financial coordination across multiple projects, systems, and stakeholders.

What you’ll do
You’ll be the go-to person for all things accounts administration across our property development lifecycle—overseeing requisitions, receipting, invoice processing, reporting, and compliance. Your expertise will help keep our projects financially sound and on track.
You’ll also:
Manage day-to-day financial operations across SAP, Ariba, and other platforms
Support governance, reporting, and compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) standards
Coordinate commercial inputs for CGPD reports and project cost forecasting
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, retentions, and securities
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial transparency
Drive continuous process improvement across financial workflows.
About you and your skills
You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in business or finance administration, ideally in a project or property environment. With a head for numbers and an eye for detail, you’re confident working across platforms like SAP and Ariba, and enjoy making sense of complex workflows.
You’re an excellent communicator who thrives when juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
You’ll also have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial systems and contract administration
A consistent and methodical working style
Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
Great planning and organisational skills
Confidence collaborating with both internal and external partners.
