Founded by Shweta Jain, our team blends artisanal craft with modern business practices. We’re now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Intern to support our finance and operations team in managing end-to-end accounting processes.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase records in Tally.
• Generate tax invoices and process E-Way bills for all transactions.
• Oversee stock records and submit weekly reports to the CEO.
• Cross-check petty cash, courier expenses, and vendor bills weekly.
• Handle salary processing, payroll accounting, and attendance tracking.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients to ensure timely collections.
• Assist in budget forecasting for future expenses and revenue planning.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure smooth coordination.
• Complete vendor registration with different parties as required.
• Ensure timely tax filing (GST, TDS, etc.) and support financial report preparation.
• Maintain business licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Streamline payment processes, petty cash systems, and financial workflows.
• Prepare and analyze Profit Loss statements to assess performance.
Who Can Apply:
• B.Com, BAF, or related finance/accounting graduates or final-year students.
• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and accounting practices.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic email communication and oral coordination skills.
