Salary Range: $26.002-$32.58+ Hourly
Grade: SGEU.06.
The Ministry of Social Services, Program Support with Administrative Services, North Battleford office, is seeking a team player who is attentive to detail, analytical, precise, reliable and discreet to join the Accounts Unit. As an Accounting Clerk, you will provide a variety of financial and administrative supports, which include accounts payable and receivable for a variety of program areas such as Child and Family Services and Income Assistance, using a variety of databases.

As part of the Administrative Services unit, you will promote the vision of the Ministry to work with citizens as they build better lives for themselves through economic independence, strong families, and strong community organizations.
The successful candidates will have knowledge of accounting policies and procedures, office and administration procedures including records management systems, as well as confidently work in a variety of database systems with speed and accuracy.
Typically, the knowledge required for this position is obtained through the completion of an Accounting Certificate program and/or several years' experience in financial/accounting clerk roles.

Hours of Work: A - SGEU Office 36 - one day off every two weeks
