Key Responsibilities
• Record financial transactions accurately in accounting systems.
• Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and payment processing.
• Support senior accountants in preparing reports, reconciliations, and audits.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial data.
• Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
• Help with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Handle all pending accounting entries.
• Check petty cash and bills.
• Follow internal controls and financial policies.
• Perform administrative duties related to the finance department.
Work Schedule
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
• Shift timings may vary depending on operational needs.
