Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountancy Teacher at a CBSE school in Tiruchengodu. The Accountancy Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lectures, and guiding students through complex accountancy concepts. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the subject of accountancy. Participation in parent-teacher meetings and collaboration with other educators will also be essential.
Qualifications
• Proficient knowledge of accountancy principles, financial management, and bookkeeping
• Ability to create well-structured lesson plans and deliver effective teaching sessions
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related field
• Teaching certification or relevant qualification in education
• Experience teaching accountancy in a CBSE curriculum school is preferred
