Responsible for consolidating area information and conveying to stakeholders through written and oral channels, being an important contact between Operations Team, Expansion Team and Head Office.
• Ability to differentiate between capital and operating expenses and correctly classify expenses according to their nature.
• Understanding and preparing various reports required by management like vendor invoicing and outstanding reports.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge in accordance with the latest financial rules, regulations and amendments.
• Perform analysis and accounting treatment of the different assets of the company.
• Review financial records, such as income statements and expense documentation.
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of simple or complex tax returns.
• Financial data entry into internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with the policies, regulations and procedures established by the company, as well as standards related to Safety, Quality, Safety and Occupational Health in order to protect the health of workers and collaborate to meet the ESG strategy of the Company.
