The Role

We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong selling skills with proven results in telephone and face to face sales, with a caring and playful attitude to clients and excellent relationship-building skills.

What We Need From You

Convert phone, web, and post-event enquiries into our programs
Deliver an outstanding customer experience to potential students and build a pipeline of prospects
Achieve and exceed sales and activity KPIs, while being curious and open to learning

To Succeed, You Will Need

Experience seeding, nurturing, and harvesting in sales - be comfortable and skilled at commencing, following up, and closing sales
A genuine 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to solutions and making things happen
A hunger to learn and grow
Experience in the personal development, coaching, or business/entrepreneurial education space(s) is highly desirable
