Head of Human Resources (AU) - Odoo Account Manager
As a key commercial contact for our existing clients, you will ensure their satisfaction while driving business growth through upselling and contract renewals. You will collaborate with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of businesses—both small and large—to help them revolutionize their operations with Odoo's powerful solutions.
You will manage a portfolio of existing clients across Australia, understand their IT needs, and position yourself as their Odoo expert. You will identify opportunities to expand clients' use of Odoo and drive additional sales by demonstrating new features, apps, and upgrades to enhance their experience.
We are looking for someone with a passion for software and technology, strong organizational skills, and excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in IT or sales and full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
