About the Role
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a clear path to leadership as the team scales. Until the next milestone, the role will remain fully hands-on — giving you real ownership and direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close with mid-market B2B SaaS companies (100–1,000 employees)
Work closely with the CEO and founding sales team to refine and execute the GTM playbook
Train and mentor junior sales team members — while staying fully hands-on
Provide feedback to product and marketing to improve positioning and messaging
Build lasting customer relationships and ensure a world-class buying experience
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AE experience required)
Experience selling to mid-market companies (100–1,000 employees)
Fast-paced, high-ownership mindset
Ability to work independently and drive results quickly
Strong communication skills and a passion for building customer trust
Must be based in New York City
Bonus Points
Experience at companies like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/ticketing system providers
Familiarity with the customer support space and CX team workflows
Previous experience as a Customer Support Agent
