Academic Supervisor w/ Teaching Experience

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team in Asia as a remote Academic Head.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, a valid teaching qualification certificate, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain academic standards for language programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Conduct regular assessments and inspections to ensure program quality
• Develop and implement evaluation plans to monitor program effectiveness
• Collaborate with departments to manage teacher demo classes, inductions, and employment processes
• Support academic research and development initiatives
• Implement academic policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Valid teaching qualification certificate
• Proven track record of academic management experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams
