Location: South Delhi Job Description • Dial 100+ calls per day and maintain daily talk time of more than 2.5 Hours. • Engage with candidates on tele-calls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chat, etc. • Building a high-quality engagement driven discussions with prospective candidates and enrolling them in our learning programs • Data Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from lead stage till conversion and building an engagement-based sales model by working effectively on CRM. • Focus on High Quality Sales and adherence to strong sales processes. What we are looking for? • Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed University. • Excellent communication, listening conviction skills. • High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. • High Level of Result Orientation and Perseverance.
