Core Responsibilities
• Pre-Event Planning: Develop event concepts, create timelines, manage budgets, and define event objectives.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Source and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, AV technicians, and decorators.
• Logistics & Operations: Coordinate guest registrations, travel arrangements, seating layouts, and equipment.
• On-Site Execution: Direct event staff, troubleshoot issues in real-time, handle VIP guests, and ensure the schedule runs flawlessly.
• Post-Event: Oversee event wrap-up, handle vendor payments, conduct attendee surveys, and analyse event ROI.
Key Requirements & Skills
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-servicing skills.
• Proven ability to work under high pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary Slab:
8-10K
Part time
Minimum 1 year experience required.
Kids’ event organizer experience will be an added boost.
