Job Title: Senior Procurement / Supply Chain Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our Procurement/Supply Chain team. This role involves leading high-impact, cross-functional projects and developing advanced process or program solutions that align with organizational goals. You will also play a key role in mentoring others and driving strategic procurement initiatives across geographies.

What You’ll Do –
Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise on strategic or priority assignments across the organization
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects
Focus on developing and improving new processes, program solutions, and methods
Lead the design and implementation of programs that deliver measurable business improvements
Monitor and analyze process efficiency and key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and develop new capabilities
Offer strategic insights and analytical support to align with business goals
Mentor and guide junior contributors in the team
Support and execute strategic plans and key initiatives across the business units and geographies
What You Need to Bring – Qualifications:

Education Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s or advanced degree preferred
6–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
Prior global procurement experience is strongly preferred
Skills Competencies:
Mastery in English (both written and verbal); local language proficiency a plus
Excellent understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
Proficiency with business applications and tools (e.g., ERP, SAP, Excel, Power BI)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of corporate compliance and procurement regulations
Proven project management capabilities
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
