Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role PurposeTo align the people strategy with business objectives by leading strategic workforce planning, talent management, performance management, capability development, and employee engagement for the assigned business unit or function.
Responsibilities Key DeliverablesStrategic Workforce Planning (SWP):
Align workforce plans with business strategy to ensure future-ready talent capabilities.
Talent Management:
Lead talent identification, succession planning, and development of high-potential employees within the business/function.
HR Analytics Insights:
Utilize HR analytics tools to analyze trends and workforce metrics, delivering insights that inform talent and engagement strategies.
Capability Development:
Assess and fulfil behavioural and functional skill development needs in line with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition:
Ensure timely recruitment of talent in accordance with business/function requirements.
Performance Management:
Manage the performance appraisal cycle per corporate guidelines, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Total Rewards Recognition:
Implement and administer reward and recognition programs that drive motivation and performance.
Employee Engagement:
Design and drive initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance work culture.
Employee Relations Communication:
Address grievances, facilitate employee communication, manage exits professionally, and promote a harmonious work environment.
