Your Mission

Build a $5M+ new revenue engine in Canada by bringing in net new logos and creating long-term partnerships that drive real business value for clients. You’ll be the face of our brand in Canada — a trusted advisor, a builder, and a closer.

You’ll lead with empathy, sell with integrity, and deliver with excellence.

What You’ll Do
• Be a founding force in growing our Canadian footprint — define the strategy, own the execution, and lead from the front.
• Close new business with enterprise and mid-market clients — and do it in a way that builds relationships for life.
• Collaborate with world-class teams across Solutions, Ops, and Leadership to craft winning proposals that align with customer needs.
• Serve as a thought leader and ambassador at industry events, client meetings, and wherever big ideas are shared.
• Help us hire and mentor the next generation of sales leaders as we scale.

Who You Are
• A hunter and builder with 8+ years of BPO sales experience and a killer instinct for creating opportunities where others don’t.
• Someone who’s closed multi-million dollar deals and isn’t afraid of high-stakes, high-reward environments.
• A strategic thinker and a hands-on doer who can work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
• Based in Canada (or very familiar with the Canadian business landscape), and ready to hit the ground running.
• A passionate communicator and natural relationship-builder who people trust — from C-suites to procurement to operations.

Bonus Points If…
• You’ve built out a market or sales team from scratch.
• You speak both English and French fluently.
• You bring industry-specific experience in healthcare, finance, telco, or retail.
