Location: Skipton/Craven, Dales Community Care

Salary: £13.50 per hour weekdays - £14.00 per hour weekends

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/Working Pattern: Various, 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm


Are you passionate about making a difference to others? Join our team of carers (Aka in our community as “The Blue Angels”) to provide compassionate, personalised care to individuals in their own homes. Your dedication and kindness can make a world of difference. As a Community Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals within our community.


In this role you will be:

Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence.
Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitor health conditions.
Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
Full driving licence and car required for this role.
Communicate effectively with clients’ families, and healthcare providers.
