We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration professional to join our team. Based in Port Melbourne, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our internal teams to ensure we are well placed to deliver on our commitments to our loyal customer group.

In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to, compilation of reports and data, ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns invoice disputes, cash sales reconciliation and investigation. The administration officer will work with stakeholders on these tasks, focusing on timely completion of tasks, accurately and reliably. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys working both autonomously as well as collaborating with a high performing team.

Your day will involve:

Maintenance of office administrative systems and data
General administrative duties, including processing invoices, credit investigations and resolution of front-end systems updates
Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders as required
Project administration, including costing, accounts receivable invoicing and project reconciliation.
Update and maintain databases
Ensure timely and accurate investigation and resolution of customer claims and invoice disputes meeting all set KPIs
What are we looking for?

Experience providing administrative support to a team in a fast-paced and complex environment.
The ability to work effectively in a team, positively contributing to the team environment.
Ability to work across multiple functions
Understanding of invoice processes and reporting
Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work people across all levels of the organisation
Tech Savvy - Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency with Command or APEX will be highly regarded but not essential.
