DBG Co. (est. 1++1) one of the top consulting firms in Navi Mumbai Invites Applications from candidates for the positions of Personal Executive Assistant (to Chartered Accountant Partners).

Key Responsibilities:

Communications:
Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills
Candidate must be fluent in English Grammar and typing.
Financial Accounting:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
Banking Operations:
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including opening/closing accounts, negotiating terms, and resolving banking issues.
Process incoming and outgoing payments, including electronic transfers, checks, and cash transactions.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs and investment opportunities.
Handle documentation related to loans, mortgages, and other banking transactions.
Tally ERP Software:
Utilize Tally ERP software for accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Customize and optimize Tally ERP modules to meet the specific needs of the real estate business.
Train and support other team members in using Tally ERP effectively.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and tax laws.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports to regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Proven years of experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and banking procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
