Key Responsibilities:
• Identify Sales Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
• Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
• Market Feedback: Provide market and competitive analysis to management to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and after-sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and manage campaigns to drive business growth.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Attributes:
• High level of integrity and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,254.64 - ₹41,77+.85 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
