They use software like Blender, Maya, and Substance Painter to model, texture, and light assets, collaborating with designers and developers to integrate, optimize, and animate them within engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Key Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing 2D artwork, 3D assets, characters, environments, and textures. Create intuitive and engaging elements for games. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless asset implementation. Optimize visual assets for smooth performance across mobile and desktop platforms. Follow and maintain brand-aligned visual standards throughout all game assets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or equivalent software. Familiarity with asset workflows and integration in Unity. Creative mindset with experience in concept art, character creation, and environment design. Basic understanding of shaders, lighting techniques, and VFX (preferred).
