About the Role:

As Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal support to the business across a wide range of commercial contract matters. You'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality legal advice on commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, and partnership agreements, across multiple sectors.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the company's interests while ensuring commercial objectives are met.

Advise internal stakeholders on risk management, legal compliance, and best practices in contract negotiation and execution.
">
Collaborate with other departments, including commercial, procurement, and operations teams, to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
">
Monitor and advise on relevant legal developments and changes in regulations impacting commercial contracts.
">
Support the General Counsel in managing legal projects, internal governance, and ensuring the business operates within a robust legal framework.
">

About You:
">
">
A qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts, ideally within a corporate or in-house environment.
">
Strong technical knowledge of commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation, with experience in sectors such as industrial, healthcare, or technology an asset.
">
A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
">
