Job Description
The 2D/3D Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the overall event experience. You will work closely with production teams to design and execute 2D and 3D visual elements for various events, including venue layouts, stage & stall design (3D) event branding, digital and print media, motion graphics, and more. This role requires a blend of artistic creativity, technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into captivating visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the production team to develop concepts for events and activations.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, including Venue layouts (2D & 3D), stage designs, event branding, stall designs, banners, posters, and other visual assets.
• Develop 3D models and renderings for event spaces, installations, and experiential designs.
Execution:
• Produce high-quality 3D renders and animations for presentations and event previews.
• Design and create motion graphics and animations for digital displays, LED screens, and social media.
• Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing, ensuring that all visual elements are consistent with the event theme and branding guidelines.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with event logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure the quality and accuracy of produced materials.
• Provide design support during the event setup, ensuring that all visual elements are executed as planned.
Innovation:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, 3D modeling, and event design.
• Continuously seek new techniques and tools to improve the quality and creativity of designs.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 2D/3D graphic design, preferably within the event management industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), 3D modelling software (Auto Desk, 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp), and motion graphics tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D and 3D design, with examples of event-related projects.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Personal Attributes:
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
