Job Description
Kikstart Coaching is the leading provider of individual technical training in South Manchester and North Cheshire. We have two venues in Knutsford and in Altrincham. Our clients range from 4 yr old beginners, grass roots boys and girls, to Premier League winners and most famously Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.
We are in need of someone to coach on a Friday ideally
Job Type :Part-time from 1 to 20 hours per week (Successful applicants will have the option to work days that suit)
Hours/Days available-
Monday - 4-7pm
Tuesday -4-7:30pm
Wednesday -5-7pm
Thursday - 4-7pm
Friday - 4-8pm
Sunday - 9-11
Salary: £17.50-£25 per hour
The Role: To provide 1to1/ small group coaching to players between the ages of 4 and 18. Delivering highly technical and detailed coaching sessions to maximise the players potential. Session are usually 1 hour long.
Duties and responsibilities:
Deliver 1 to 1 coaching sessions with a clear focus
-Motivate, inspire and build relationship with players
-Plan, organise and implement coaching drills to improve players skills and performance
-Create safe and positive environment for all players
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for football, wanting to work with children, in a professional football environment along side our experienced coaching staff.
We are seeking candidates with experience in football coaching or with a playing history. Being personable and a strong communicator is essential.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 1 Coaching Certificate ideal
Current FA child protection/safeguarding children certificate
Current FA emergency first aid certificate
DBS (previously a CRB)
A desire to develop their coaching knowledge
Must have experience coaching children
