Enterprise Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling Mobile and Laptop devices or VAS Services to Enterprise Customers.
• As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with enterprise partners to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Your primary focus will be on selling accidental/extended warranty plans to B2B customers (of all sizes and scale) via enterprise partners.
Role and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth n the enterprise market segment.
• To Identify and build relationships with key decisionmakers within device OEMs & enterprise partners, including sales leaders, product managers, and marketing executives.
• To Understand the unique needs and challenges of enterprise customers and position our solutions that address their business requirements.
• To Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• To Negotiate and close sales agreements with partners, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Track sales performance metrics, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
• To Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape related to mobile and laptop devices.
Prerequisites :
• Minimum 4+ Years of experience
• Proven experience in enterprise sales in the mobile and laptop device industry preferably with a focus on selling VAS business.
• Strong network and relationships with device distributors catering to enterprise customers.
• To Indepth understanding of enterprise sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, solution selling, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
• Resultsoriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet the Partners.
