Purpose of the Job:
Assist the branch to achieve business goals by increasing number of customers & effective pest management services to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):
• Develop third party revenue stream by increasing customers for commercial pest management services. Ensure timely receipt of payments from Customers within the company's credit period .
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective response to customer feedback.
• Maintain good relationship with customers through telephone calls and personal visits.
