Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plan to steer Disbursement, Quality & Revenue targets for the Region
Ensure productivity & sales target for each channel are met in the respective region
Ensure activation of channels (70%) on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with Key DSAs
Ensure consistent business through Channel Partners with clear policy communication such that we get desired funnel from all partners
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plan for the area of work
Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with teams and take corrective action, to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan ex- DSA/DST Business, SEP/SENP mix etc
Keep tab & update on competition activity in the region and suggest actions to achieve market leadership both on volume as well as quality.
Recruit and retain high performers by ensuring 70% of the team achieves Incentives.
Ensure that goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner
