About Us:
Loom Crafts is a leading manufacturer of luxury outdoor furniture in India, known for our innovative designs, sustainable products, and exceptional customer service. With a strong presence across the country, we are looking to expand our reach and further strengthen our brand through strategic leadership in sales and marketing. We are now hiring dynamic professionals to join us as Zonal Sales & Marketing Heads for the North zone of India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth within the assigned zone by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets for franchise stores and direct sales channels.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with our national objectives, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement in the zone.
• Franchise Development: Identify and onboard new franchisees in untapped cities within the zone, expanding Loom Crafts’ presence across India.
• Dealer Network Expansion: Build and nurture a robust dealer network to drive sales and ensure consistent product availability in key markets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with franchisees, dealers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
• Reporting & Accountability: Regularly report on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and franchise/dealer development to the central leadership team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the luxury goods, furniture, or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies based on insights.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
