looking to hire an experienced & qualified resource for our branch banking function. Details are as mentioned below:- Role : Zonal Head Function : Branch Banking Age : Max. Up to 45 years Location : Mumbai Designation : VP1 or VP2 (depending on existing grade & experience) Reporting to: Head Branch Banking Responsibility:- • Would be managing a network of 150+ branches in the zone along with a team of RH/RSM/BM • Handling & owing the complete range of banking products the banks has to offer. • Would be looking after the complete branch banking function for Maharashtra & Gujarat zone. • Driving the business through regional team of Maharashtra & Gujarat zone • Assess, analyse, define, recommend implement and follow up market intelligence, and marketing plans in order to meet retail banking strategic objectives • Responsible for team building/management, new business acquisition, over all relationship management, management of portfolio quality & entire ownership of banking products & building portfolio in the geography. • Monitoring health of existing portfolio to minimize the revenue slippage. • Implementing appropriate & innovative business strategies with a view to penetrate new business segments & also to expand existing ones, for consistent business growth & market share. • should be able to develop business strategies, understand market opportunities, competition and create the value proposition • Should be able to develop and implement cross-selling strategies and understand customer needs • Should have strong capability in driving processes that are compliant and customer focused Desired Profile: • Excellent communication skills and prior experience of min. 15 years in a fast paced retail banking environment is a must. • Should have a proven man management record by way of handling bigger teams. • Should be handling a bigger region or cluster of branches in the current role. • Should have previously worked as at least either Regional Head or Cluster Head managing a bigger network of branches. • Should have a proven track record in terms of delivering business no.’s.
