Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Zoho Developer who can customise, integrate, and maintain Zoho applications to support our end-to-end business operations including inventory, billing, accounting, CRM, and reporting.
The role requires someone who understands real-world business processes, not just coding.
Key ResponsibilitiesZoho Development & Customisation
Customise and develop solutions in Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM
Write and maintain Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, and validations
Create custom modules, forms, workflows, and reports
Build role-based dashboards for management, sales, and inventory teams
Inventory & Billing Automation
Implement barcode-based inventory management
Manage multi-floor stock mapping & category-wise inventory
Automate purchase, restock, stock transfers, and adjustments
Ensure single billing counter integration with all inventory floors
Accounting & Finance Integration
Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books
Ensure accurate GST, invoicing, credit notes, debit notes
Maintain proper sales, purchase, and tax reports
Assist in financial audits through structured data & reports
Integrations & Data Flow
Integrate Zoho with:
WhatsApp Business
Shopify / Website
Google Sheets
Barcode scanners & printers
Maintain smooth data sync across all platforms
Reporting & Management Dashboards
Build custom MIS reports:
Sales by category / floor / customer
Stock ageing & fast-moving items
Outstanding debtors & creditors
Automate daily/weekly/monthly reports
Support & Training
Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues
Train staff on Zoho workflows and SOPs
Provide ongoing system improvements & optimisations
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer
Strong knowledge of:
Zoho Creator
Zoho Inventory
Zoho Books
Zoho CRM
Expertise in Deluge scripting
Experience in inventory-heavy or retail/wholesale businesses
Understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting flows
Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
Good to Have
Experience with Jewellery / Retail / Wholesale industry
Knowledge of Shopify–Zoho integration
Experience in barcode-based inventory systems
Basic understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Business-oriented thinking (not just coding)
Clear communication with non-technical teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Salary Range
Starting from ₹5 LPA (depending on experience and Zoho expertise)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
