Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diploma Student role based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting IT teams in daily tasks such as assisting with basic software and hardware troubleshooting, documenting technical issues, and helping maintain systems and equipment under supervision. The Diploma Student will participate in learning sessions, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to project-related activities like data entry, testing, and simple configuration tasks. The role requires close collaboration with senior team members, adherence to guidance and timelines, and active participation in knowledge-sharing and training opportunities. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience and prepare the student for future roles in the IT industry.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant diploma program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications, with willingness to learn industry tools and platforms.
• Ability to follow instructions, document work clearly, and support routine IT tasks under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a structured work environment.
• Good communication skills, professional behavior, and the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams on-site.
• Interest in building a career in IT, with openness to continuous learning, training, and skill development.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Delhi, India, in alignment with company schedules and requirements
