About the Role:
We are looking for a YouTube Manager – to oversee multiple YouTube channels, drive growth, and manage a team of channel managers, video editors, teachers, and designers. If you have experience in YouTube strategy, team leadership, and content optimization, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with of 5-10 video editor and graphic designers
Oversee multiple YouTube channels, analyzing key metrics to drive growth.
Implement SEO strategies (keywords, tags, descriptions, thumbnails) for optimization.
Develop content calendars and stay updated on YouTube trends & algorithms.
Ensure timely video publishing and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Use YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ to track performance and optimize content.
Required Skills:
Proven YouTube management experience with a track record of growth.
Leadership experience, managing at least 3 team members.
Expertise in YouTube SEO, analytics, and content strategy.Strong organizational & communication skills.
Familiarity with video editing workflows.
