Job Title: Loan Processor
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Location: Onsite, Vijay Nagar, Indore India

In late 2025, we’re expanding into Australia – and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us and take a lead role in loan processing for that market.
At SimplyFunded, you'll be truly submerged in a team spirit working atmosphere. We provide an annual team-connect. In 2025, we provided a fully expensed company trip to Siargao. In 2026, the whole team went to Bali.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Loan Processor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - ensuring every deal flows smoothly from application to funding. You’ll work closely with our underwriting, sales, and legal teams to make sure brokers and customers get fast, accurate decisions and seamless funding.
Your key responsibilities:
Loan Processing & Coordination
Monitor the applications mailbox and assign deals to the queue.
Gather missing information from brokers or customers as requested by the underwriting team.
Present approved offers to brokers/customers and communicate declined decisions clearly and professionally.
Final Mile Funding
Coordinate all pre-funding requirements with customers and brokers (ID checks, documents, standing orders, etc.).
Ensure all conditions are met and move the deal from approval through to executed contracts.
Facilitate the release of funds, confirming accuracy across systems and records.
Broker & Customer Communication
Act as the bridge between underwriters and brokers/customers.
Ensure timelines are met and updates are communicated promptly.
Deliver a first-class customer and broker experience by being responsive, accurate, and proactive.
Core Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in loan processing, customer onboarding, financial administration, or similar.
Excellent English (both written and spoken) – you’ll be the one delivering offers and updates.
Highly organized and detail-oriented – juggling multiple deals at once is second nature to you.
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to chase brokers/customers when required.
Comfortable using digital systems and working remotely with an international team.
Experience in lending, fintech, or banking is a strong advantage.

Work Hours
Initial Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT (UK Time)
Long-Term: Transition to Australian (Sydney) hours once the new company settled
