Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Company's product offerings include 2G, 3G and 4G wireless services, Payments Bank, fixed line services, high speed broadband, DTH, Wynk music, TV & Enterprise services.
Salary: 14K to 25K INHAND
Roles and Responsiblities:
To create excellence in every customer moment & win them over as “friends for life”. Serve our friends with simple and transparent digital experiences leading to warm & personalized outcomes.Deliver defect free resolutions with speed and honesty AND explore life enriching experiences to GROW products and services for our friends and their families Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;following up to ensure resolution Responsible for driving sales for various Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including APP, WYNK, TV etc. for new & existing customers.Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.Compliance. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.Ensure completion of store operational requirements
Educational Level Must have: Graduation is a must MBA (Preferred) Working Experience Must have: Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹13,812.34 - ₹24,820.42 per month
