Role Description The Writer role at Zenexa is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Writer will research healthcare and technology topics, draft clear and engaging content, and adapt complex operational concepts into accessible language for various audiences. Daily responsibilities include producing articles, marketing copy, website content, and internal documentation, as well as revising and updating existing materials for accuracy and consistency. The Writer will collaborate with subject-matter experts, marketing and operations teams to align content with business goals, brand voice, and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves proofreading, basic content structuring, and supporting the development of communication materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex healthcare and operational topics.
• Proficiency in professional writing and editing, including drafting clear, concise, and grammatically correct content for multiple formats.
• Experience with web and digital content creation (e.g., website copy, blogs, email content, basic marketing collateral).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, maintain a consistent tone of voice, and adapt style for different audiences and channels.
• Attention to detail in fact-checking, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in written materials.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with healthcare, health plans, RCM, or medical documentation is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and managing multiple assignments with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
