What kind of work may be involved?
Deliver a customer focused service for all activities to each business unit
Monitor & order workshop consumables
Manage inwards goods, put away stock orders
Prepare & paint gearboxes
Maintain stock integrity, stock take
Quality control of inward & outward jobs
Packing & dispatching of goods
Maintain workshop tools
Load & unload trucks with fork hoist
Actively promote and be involved in maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with the latest OSH requirements and company policy
Ideal skills & experience:
Physically fit and able to lift small to large objects (minimum 20kgs).
Valid NZ driver’s license.
Fork hoist license. Can provide training if needed
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements in an industrial environment.
Able to work independently, use initiative & develop smart ways of handling product.
Team player attitude.
