Job Title:
Workshop Assistant – Labourer (Metal Fabrication Support)
Location: KeenWorx – Unit 1/8 Blackmore Road, Smeaton Grange NSW
Pay: $25–$28 per hour (depending on experience)

We're looking for a hands-on Workshop Assistant to support the daily operations in our busy metal fabrication workshop. This is a perfect role for someone mechanically minded, physically fit, and eager to learn about the metalwork trade.

About the Role:

Assist welders and tradesmen with lifting, cleaning, and setup
Unload deliveries and prep materials for jobs
Use grinders, drills, and hand tools under supervision
Keep the workshop tidy and safe
Occasionally help with packing, dispatch, or local pickups
About You:

Physically capable and reliable
Interested in learning fabrication skills over time
Forklift licence is a plus (but not required)
White card desirable but not essential
Must be able to commute reliably to Smeaton Grange
Job Details:

Job type: Casual (could become full-time if you show value)
Pay: $25–$28 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
