About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with job seekers to understand their needs and develop tailored plans to achieve employment outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments to identify job seeker needs
Developing and implementing personalized employment plans
Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to support job seekers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry would be highly regarded.
